Reconciliation Officers for Immediate start!

We are seeking enthusiastic, analytical and articulate Reconciliation Officers to join our government client based in Parramatta. 

This opportunity is a full time 7-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension and permanency.

As the Reconciliation Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of accurate reconciliations, through effectively partnering with key stakeholders, whilst complying with policies and procedures, accounting standards and legislative requirements.


To be successful for the position you will ideally have:

  • An ability to identify and resolve general ledger related issues in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of SAP across a variety of modules including, HR, finance, general ledger & generate reports  
  • Knowledge of Single Touch Payroll
  • Experience in preparation of end of month and end of year reconciliations
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel a MUST!
  • Prior experience working within NSW Government hugely desirable 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
