Recruitment Project Manager

The Role & Opportunity:
You will be working as a Recruitment Project Manager with our telco client and will be responsible for end to end leadership and delivery of bespoke recruitment projects solutions within scope, budget, resource allocation, timeframes and quality. You will act as a trusted advisor to provide consultation & advice and deliver on the best practice project recruitment solutions that align to internal policy, legal and compliance requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
  • End to end leadership and delivery of quality recruitment project solutions to time and within budget, through efficient project planning and thereby attracting and placing the best talent.
  • Identification of risks associated with project delivery and the development of actions to mitigate those risks.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to gain a sound understanding of designated business area to ensure the service is aligned with project requirements - advising on an approach considering both best practice, policy and impacts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Project Services operating model through identification and delivery of procedural refinements.
  • Develop effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation including the wider HR community
  • Actively contribute to the resourcing capacity view for the team, including future capacity planning.
  • Development of recommended project costings for approval by Project Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Provide thought leadership to the team to ensure alignment to the overall strategy, along with coaching and mentoring of the team in relation to project management and recruitment related best practice
  • Contribute to an environment and culture which supports and encourages a world class recruitment experience, is service oriented, is collaborative and flexibility.
  • End to end recruitment experience across both in-house and/or agency models
  • Managing multiple projects/tasks of moderate complexity and effective prioritisation
  • Strong experience in prior roles of working across multiple requirements at any one given time and effectively managing the delivery of tasks
  • Evidence in roles prior of partnering with the business and influencing decisions
  • Effectively able to navigate ambiguity and gain clarity as needed to drive results
  • Forward thinking, with experience of anticipating requirements and identifying risks along with solutions
  • Experience solving problems of moderate complexity
  • Prior indirect or direct resource management
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships both internal and external
  • Consulting on process, policy and best practice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional influencing skills
Highly desirable
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Awareness of project methodology
  • Experience utilising project methodologies
  • Evidence in previous roles of formally/informally coaching and mentoring individuals
What's in it for you?
  • $60-65/hr (inc super) pay rate with immediate start.
