The Role
 
The role of the Reporting Consultant in the Resource-On-Demand team is to develop, implement and manage internal and external reporting requirements within the IT Managed Services business.
 
This opportunity is best suited to someone who works at an advanced level in excel and has a strong logical mind with previous experience in financial administration. You will be providing the resourcing for multiple projects and managing the reporting aspects of these projects.
 
The job responsibilities include:
  • Timesheet management (late submissions, approvals, discrepancies)
  • Collation of information for monthly, fortnightly and weekly contractual reporting.
  • Preparation of draft reports, including monthly pay and bill dashboards to be submitted to Reporting manager for review and distribution.
  • Evaluation of reports for trends and issues to be raised for Service Delivery Manager’s attention.
  • Identify efficiencies in structuring the payment arrangements between On-Demand and clients which includes invoicing.
  • Understanding and interpreting contracts to ensure compliant processes
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of internal management and the business units in the administration of the On-Demand account management with a direct liaison with the Accounts Payable team.

Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated capability in an account administrative role including well-developed numerical skills, attention to detail, and competent PC user with workflow tracking experience with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Numerically and detail oriented.
  • Evidence of self-motivational capabilities in a fast changing and competitive commercial oriented environment, particularly in managing competing priorities and time pressures.
  • Tertiary qualifications in financial administration and business studies desirable
