SAP Support Analyst

  • Identification and resolution of SAP support requests including amending financial delegations and updating master data
  • Work alongside the technical service provider to monitor the systems performance and report any issues or failures
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial system
  • Train and oversee new and junior staff members in SAP and PeopleSoft
  • Monitor and track requests of escalated tickets
  • Identify, prioritize and resolve SAP support requests, with initial focus on amending financial delegations, updating financial master data and performing system health checks.

  • NV 1 clearance ideal, Baseline security clearance essential
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadline and remain calm under pressure
