We are currently seeking Administrators to join our agency.  If you are an experienced and professional individual who has a knack for administration and loves variety within a role, this is your time to shine!

Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Reception support, answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Word processing, typing correspondence, letters
  • Spreadsheets
  • Mail
  • Organising couriers
  • Banking
  • Stationary ordering, and office supplies
  • Assist senior secretary, management and accounts
  • Set up for meetings/ conferences
  • Organise luncheons and catering
  • Travel co-ordination
  • Database maintenance
  • General administration including filing, faxing, photocopying
The successful candidate MUST have the following:

  • Proven previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Fantastic time management skills
  • High Attention to detail
  • Motivation and drive
  • Demonstrated proficiency across MS Office suite
  • Own transport is an advantage
