We are currently recruiting experienced Call Centre, Administration & Customer Service candidates for contract based positions within multiple government sectors within the West Sydney Region!

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering high volume inbound/outbound calls
  • Receiving and responding to emails
  • Service quality checks
  • Database management
  • Data entry
  • Processing applications
  • Administration
  • High level customer service
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Selection Criteria:

  • Previous corporate Administration, Contact Centre or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Ability to deal with sensitive, complex and confidential matters
  • Non restricted work rights
  • Manditory police check once shortlisted
