We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract based positions in Bankstown! Initial contract is until 30th June 2023 with a high potential to extend.

Selection Criteria:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience in high volume contact centre or high volume face to face service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Non restricted work rights
  • Available to work onsite at Bankstown Monday to Friday
  • Must be fully vaccinated 
Key skills:
  • Good communication - both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Experience in high volume environment
