Sales Executive | Parking Industry

This renowned Australian Brand is looking for an experienced Parking Sales Executive to drive and increase sales within the Car Park sector of the business. It is a newly created position so will need someone who is well networked and credible within the industry.

Based in the heart of the CBD, you will be required to work onsite as well as visit clients within NSW. Across the business, they pride themselves on their high performing culture and genuine passion for what they do.

The core responsibilities will include:
  • Actively grow and expand the car park portfolio through strategic Business Development
  • Identifying market opportunities and growth areas
  • Asses the current performance and review the Parking business model
  • Explore the customer experience impacts
  • Discuss “pain points” with clients and identify opportunities
  • Understanding all revenue aspects relating to parking based on location, demand and occupancy reporting incl. Casual revenue, permanent/lease revenue.
  • Assist with re-tendering management agreements and contracts as agreed with the Retail and Commercial Operations Manager
  • Attend internal and external meetings with key stake holders
  • Maintain and update client files daily
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI’s

For you to be successful for this fantastic opportunity you must have the following:

  • Proven experience within the Parking industry nonnegotiable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Current NSW Driver’s License and vehicle
  • Self-motivated and highly driven to achieve sales targets
  • Hunter mentality - Not afraid to knock down doors!
  • Commercial acumen in identifying operational efficiencies to drive revenue. (Must be able to provide examples)
