Key Responsibilities of the role may include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact via telephone
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with purchasing company brand products
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Answering phone calls in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal and external stake holders
- Problem solving
- Completing daily administrative tasks where required
- Participating in team meetings
- Meeting daily/ weekly / monthly targets
- Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date
Successful applicants must possess the following:
- Proven previous experience in a similar position
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience in building outstanding relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven to meet targets and KPIs
- Reliable and punctual
