Seeking an Experienced Project or Program Administrator!

We are seeking a Project Administrator to work within our State Government Client based in Penrith.  
As a Project Administrator you will be required to support senior specialists and assist in all administrative functions.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining client and casework records
  • Appropriate information sharing
  • Undertaking logistical arrangements for meetings
  • Contributing to continuous learning
  • Professional networks and relationships through the co-ordination of meetings and other information sharing activities
  • Actively participate as a team member and address team priorities
  • Direct support to Senior team Members on a day-to-day basis
  • Travel to communities is required at times

To be successful in this position you must have the following skills & attributes:
  • A demonstrated understanding of the Aboriginal culture including the specific needs and disadvantages experienced by the community
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Compassionate, empathic and understanding nature
  • Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work within a team and adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Understand the importance of managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to analyse information and make decisions
  • Relevant qualifications or high level experience in administration
