Senior Business Analyst

The Role
  • Stakeholder identification and analysis.
  • Business analysis and business design (articulating the “as is” and “to be” states).
  • Requirements elicitation and facilitating workshops.
  • Producing functional and non-functional specifications, use cases and scenarios.
  • Analysing and mapping business processes, user pathways and information flows.
  • Translating business requirements and functional specifications to User Acceptance Test Plans and test scripts, which include the essential entry and exit criteria.
  • Clarifying the future operating arrangements and documenting procedures with appropriate consultation and review.
  • Managing business stakeholders and acting as a conduit between business stakeholders and the project team.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience in performing as a lead business analyst.
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and facilitating workshops.
  • Experience in producing functional and non-functional specifications, use cases and scenarios.
  • Experience in analysing and documenting business processes, user pathways and information flows.
  • Experience in translating requirements and specifications to a Test Plan and test scripts.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to produce documentation of high quality.
  • Experience with IT system implementations.
  • Proficient in the use of BPMN2.0, Microsoft Visio, Excel and Word.
