About the Role
- Reporting to the Practice Lead, work with the staff and external stakeholders to help them understand their business needs and define business requirements.
- Perform analysis of requests from business areas to help determine the feasibility of proposed business solutions.
- Work complex and fast-paced environment
- Build and maintain key relationships with users, technical staff, and stakeholders to determine and resolve issues and promote understanding of need for future changes in services, products and systems.
- Review and analyse the organisations desired business outcomes, services, processes, and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
- Understand organisation's strategic direction and objectives and align business analysis activities accordingly.
- Analyse existing systems and applications; identify interim and alternative solutions ensuring that the business objectives are met.
- Assist stakeholders through change, resolving conflict and managing sensitivities.
- Support the team and work collaboratively to contribute to achieving the team’s business outcomes.
