Our client specialises in the design and documentation of medium and high density residential and mixed-use commercial projects. Due to current projects, they are now seeking a suitably experienced SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT to join their friendly and welcoming team in WOLLONGONG.

You will be responsible for:
- Design and design development from concept stage to DA
- Leadership and coordination of internal Architects and Drafters
- Consultation and coordination with other sub consultants (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical)
- Consultation and liaising with local Councils
- Client facing
- Good understanding of the BCA as well as Australian Standards and codes required.
- Need strong design ability with medium and high-density Architectural projects
- Strong communication and liaising skills
- Good Revit proficiency
- Leadership experience
