As the Senior Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for drafting reports, briefings and other communications for a range of internal and external stakeholders
The Division is responsible for developing, testing and rolling out of new information and experience
Operating in a fast-pace environment, you will have a mix of proactive and reactive work. Your extensive experience in government relations will allow you to provide advice, updates and direction to others.

Your excellent written and verbal communications skill will be complemented by sound judgement, resilience and integrity. Experience working within the Public Sector in a reporting, or governance team, will stand you in good stead to meet the requirements of this position.
Informing government, executive and stakeholder enquiries, including proactively seeking opportunities
Producing reports and other communications that are appropriate and fit-for-purpose, including advice and updates, under the direction of the Director Reporting & Communication, to senior government officials, ministers, Board and Independent Advisory Council members
Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure their reporting needs are understood and met, including contributing to reporting and communications updates as required
Ensuring clear, concise and timely updates are provided to internal and external stakeholders
Managing competing priorities, solving problems, and tracking and recording progress against agreed deadlines, requirements and operational goals
Experience working in the public sector in a reporting or governance team would be highly desirable together with an understanding and knowledge of disability and its impact on individuals
