About the role:
 
Seeking experienced Service Designers who understand strategy, delivery, continual service improvement and service design concepts to assist in embedding User Experience and Service Design capabilities that supports evidence-based decision making early to ensure digital solutions are well designed and delivered, behaviourally informed, integrated and strategically aligned.
 
As the Service Designer, you will:
  • Develop a business model and road map for implementing an Integrated Service Design function, as well as a capability maturity plan that focuses on knowledge transfer and upskilling staff working within the program streams.
  • Document an end-to-end Blueprint.
  • Establish effective governance to act as a design authority to provide quality assurance, planning and prioritisation checks and strategic alignment
  • Understand the research activities underway across the reforms and perform User Experience and Service Design functions for projects as required.
Demonstrated skills and experience:
  • Developing and implementing Service Design concepts and structures.
  • Suitable approach to Service Delivery.
  • Strategy development and implementation.
  • User research knowledge and outputs such as user journeys and blueprints.
