Service Desk Analyst

Ignite are looking to hear from experienced IT Service Desk Analyst for one of our Federal Government clients.

Citizenship requirements: Australian citizens with Baseline clearance preferred
Location: Canberra
Duration: Until June 2020 with two x 6 month extensions

You will have experience in the following areas:
• Demonstrate strong customer service focus with the ability to empathise and prioritise customer’s needs.
• Demonstrate an ability to work well with a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and a desire to stay up to date with current technologies.

• IT Certification IV or equivalent.
• Demonstrated Ability to resolve technical problems quickly and clearly to a customer via hands-on approach or remotely if required.
• ITIL foundations certificate or relevant exposure.
