Seeking a Service Desk Analyst for our Federal Government client

Citizenship requirements: Australian Citizens
Location: Canberra
Duration: 30 June 2021 with 2x6 months extension

Our client requires the services of a Service Desk Analyst to record and manage Help Desk requests and tasks with minimal supervision, communicating with clients at all levels, located in Canberra and in regional and remote locations.

You will have experience in the following areas:

  • Demonstrate strong customer service focus and prioritise customer’s needs.
  • Experience in supporting a Microsoft O365 environment
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to stay up to date with current technologies

Desirable Criteria

  • IT Certification IV or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated Ability to resolve technical problems quickly and clearly to a customer via hands-on approach or remotely if required.
  • ITIL foundations certificate or relevant exposure.
