Service Desk Analyst - multiple positions!

I'm working with a Federal Government department to find multiple Service Desk Analysts.

Prior experience is NOT essential! Just a willingness to learn!

These are initial contracts until June 2022 with extensions until June 2024.

Your duties will include:
  • Assisting with Incident management and request fulfilment for department staff
  • Address and resolve basic incidents and requests received via phone, email and our ticketing systems
  • Queue management via the department’s service management tool
  • Win 10 and O365 System Administration
  • Basic user training
  • Application Support including Office 2016
  • Knowledge Base Development
  • Responsibility for compiling and troubleshooting issues before progressing to Tier 2/3 teams

To be successful in the role you will have:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Personal drive with a very keen interest in IT
  • Attention to detail

  • Have a minimum baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain an NV1
