Service Desk Officer – Government Agency – 6 month Contract

The Business and Support Services Section is responsible for leading the Customer Service Centre, Corporate Service Desk (ICT Helpdesk), internal ICT communications and training for staff and ensuring appropriate development and promotion of end user guides, assistance and user adoption of ICT services.
The occupant of this position is expected to:
Support the operations of the Corporate Service Desk (CSD) by responding to email requests and phone calls submitted for incidents and process requests in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications/Experience/Clearance Experience and operational knowledge of the following ICT-based applications/services:
  • Active Directory 2019 R2
  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Microsoft Teams support
  • Exchange 2016/online & Skype for Business 2019
  • IT Service Desk Management tools
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts
Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory so Australian Citizenship is required
