A leading business support team servicing multiple clients in South Australia. Their consultants are the face of their business and are continuously trained and supported to hone their expertise.
 
Requirements:

  • Due to the client environment, an NV1 AGSVA clearance is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in Service Desk and delivery of SLAs
  • Experience in Windows based End User Computing, Linux/Unix, Active Directory and SCCM
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL
