They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful completion of construction projects by overseeing the technical aspects of the work and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site, including supervising workers and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the work is completed to the required standards.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and relevant industry standards.
  • Work closely with the project manager and other members of the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit reports on the progress of the work, including daily site diaries, progress reports, and quality control reports.
  • Attend meetings with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out safely and that all workers and subcontractors are following appropriate health and safety procedures.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the project team as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian building codes and standards.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Have Valid Australian Work Rights
