Site Reliability Engineer

Seeking experienced Site Reliability Engineer with different levels of experience for one of our client.

Duties Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Enhancing and refining ICT monitoring including security events.
  • Developing and maintaining automated alert escalation.
  • Developing and maintaining automated incident remediation.
  • Working directly with technical support areas to resolve reliability issues.
  • Monitoring services and responding to alerts.
  • Maintaining a situational awareness of cyber trends.
You will have experience in the following areas:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure quality outputs for a team including the development of specialist, professional and/or technical expertise, including conducting regular quality assurance of work area processes and manage identified risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor related emerging issues, identifying impact and conducting risk management activities within sphere of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently against established priorities, practices and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform research and analysis to make decisions that involve complex or escalated issues, longer-term planning and liaison with other sections on policy, project or operational issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals and support stakeholders through change.
