This role is responsible for ongoing development of systems architecture blueprints for projects across the Scheme participant, provider and partner domains, with specific focus on delivery of the service enhancement and digital transformation objectives.
Duties
- Deliver high quality solution architectures that are fit for business purpose
- Align solutions with Agency goals and objectives and Enterprise Architecture reference models, principles, policies, standards and roadmaps
- Liaise with solution stakeholders to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
- Maintains technical oversight and helps solve complex issues arising during project delivery.
- Facilitate technical decision making.
- Present the project solution at approval at the appropriate Governance Councils
- Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Broad technical & architectural background delivering solution architectures for projects. Experience balancing project and program, project and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers
- Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/CX designers, and assistant technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications
- Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations
- Having detailed understanding of digital, mobile and web architectures that leverage API’s, microservices, and stateless token-based authentication and authorization
- Has experience with personalization and delivery of relevant managed content to digital channels
- Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments.
- TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification; Azure or AWS cloud architectural certifications
- Experience in UML and exposure to Salesforce and MuleSoft desirable
