We are looking for a driven supply chain analyst for our client, Australian government owned telecom company, for a 6-month contract in North Sydney. Reporting to the order solution manager - you will be responsible for managing the fulfilment of materials to support the accelerated build, activate and assurance of client network.
The job offers very good daily rates with hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office and 3 days wfh).

- Provide centralised coordination of materials order fulfilment for nbn build activation and assurance activities.
- Ensuring Delivery partners have got the right amount of material at the right time.
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the internal supply teams including Supply & Demand planning, Reporting and Analytics, item Master team,
- Spares and Assurance planning team and external teams outside the Supply division.
- Balancing Material replenishments, material requests and materials at the Delivery Partners
- Managing internal & external order fulfillment & material queries & exceptions
- Lead or manage small projects to drive initiatives in process improvement.
Skills and Experience required for the role:
- Extensive experience and Knowledge in Supply Chain ideally with Supply Planning and /or inventory management.
- High level of analytical skills and good understanding of business process analysis and development
- Effective Problem solver with advanced critical thinking skills
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills along with negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stake holders.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Must be proficient in MS office suite.
- Oracle E-business suite knowledge and understanding of CRM modules like sales is desirable.
