Are you the right person?

  • You want to help our business grow and give people a chance to succeed with us.
  • Strong communication skills. You have the ability to explain what life at Ignite is like, to influence and guide our management team and build strong relationships within our entire business.
  • You understand the recruitment process and have experience in a previous Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role – perhaps ready for the switch from external to internal recruitment.
