This opportunity has come available for a TA/EA to support a busy team of this high reputable company that has a market leading presence in NSW. This company brings together Australia's most experienced practitioners in a co-ordinated team of stakeholder and community engagement, government relations and public affairs, social and market research, and financial and corporate communications. They assist their clients to work constructively with project neighbours, stakeholders and the wider community, using innovative and best practice engagement and research tools. The team works for both private and public sector clients across various industries, including property, infrastructure and major projects, transport, policy development and more.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with potential new clients 
  • Monitor tender websites and coordinate responses
  • Assist in the development of new business proposals
  • Maintain credentials documents, case studies and team biographies 
  • Maintain documents typically needed for new business proposals and tenders
  • Assist with compiling more standard elements of proposals and tenders 
  • Maintain internal documents that manage client projects and new business prospect
  • Manage design and branding, including coordinating the design of report templates
  • Editing specific documents and liaising with internal designers as necessary  
  • PA/administration support to the Partner in charge including email and diary management, preparing papers and materials for meetings
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Work with the national admin team on adhoc projects, staff inductions and other regular admin processes
  • Provide backup support on reception as required

We are looking for a candidate who can display proven experience in a similar role and is able to adapt to the requirements of a fast-paced environment. The position requires expertise in managing a wide range of administrative and business support related tasks and will suit a highly resourceful team player, who thrives when working under pressure, is flexible, proactive and efficient.  You will have to demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities, a positive attitude along with the ability to use initiative, advanced MS office skills, sound communication skills and above all else, conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times to be successful for this position.
