Team Assistant

The Team Assistant is responsible for supporting up to 4 General Managers, providing full administrative and general support duties of a responsible and confidential nature - initial contract of 12 months

Duties include;
  • Efficient management and prioritisation of 4 x GM's diaries.
  • Manage expense reimbursements associated with travel for GMs.
  • Manage and book travel as required for GMs.
  • Manage recruitment and on-boarding for GMs
  • Actively champion the Brand and values.
  • Activity coordinate, support and promote One Team culture within SEO through: Leadership Offsites, Workshops, Team Building activities, Milestone celebrations etc.
  • Assist with creating and facilitating communications on behalf of the Management team.
  • Process Improvement (attend awareness/courses, participate in improvement projects as subject matter experts).

Requirements;
  • Proven ability to develop new processes and improve existing processes.
  • Min 3 years solid Team Assistant/ Personal Assistant or Coordination experience
  • Previous experience within the telecommunications industry beneficial.
  • Intermediate to advance user of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong editorial and proof reading skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and follow through on projects.
  • Familiar with document management and version control.
