Duties – you will be:


  • Supporting up to 4 General Managers within the SEO team with administration
  • Heavy diary and meeting management
  • Travel arrangements
  • First point of call for all queries
  • Ensuring you are up to date and track progress to provide the best support
  • Absolutely owning the administrative and general support duties.
  • Using clear, confident and assertive communication skills to communication with executives and the wider team.
  • Learning the ways of SEO teams’ ways of operation.
 
Skills & Experience:
  • Implement the most effective and efficient ways to get things done and continuously look for ways to improve process.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Be comfortable and adept at developing and delivering multi-mode communications that land with different audiences.
  • Know how to exercise discretion.
