Team Assistant / Administrator

A large Australian Telco is looking for Team Administrators to join their team for an initial 6+ month contract. The successful applicants will have prior experience in administrative support roles working with internal stakeholders supporting multiple business leaders and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in large organisations will be a significant advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficient management and prioritisation of multiple diaries / schedules
  • Arrange meetings across locations ensuring managers are in the right place/right time
  • Manage and book travel as required for general managers
  • Manage expense reimbursements associated with travel for general managers
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations to a high quality. Ensure any organisational and internal presentations are consistent with the correct formats and content.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working in Administration / Executive Assistance related roles
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to review and evaluate information
  • Experience in creating reports, correspondence and other documentation
  • Excellent communication skills along with a professional demeanour.
