Team Leader | Commercial Parking Facilities

I am working with an iconic and well-known local Canberra company with a diverse footprint across corporate services, aviation and property. After going through a large amount of growth over the last 2 years, the company now employ more than 200 staff.

Your position will involve:
  • Managing a small team who are responsible for managing several onsite parking facilities
  • Attending meetings with key stakeholders in relation to commercial parking matters including leasing & parking revenue
  • Rostering
  • Being an escalation point for managing requests received by your team
  • Understanding and operating various parking and access control systems
In order to have your application considered, you must:
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Have a 'can do' attitude
  • Have team leadership experience
  • Have rostering experience
  • Have experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Be able to pass a police check & pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
  • Current C class manual drivers licence
