Seeking experienced Technical Operations Manager with different levels of experience for one of our client.

Duties:
  • Work with key stakeholders, including clients, the client's customer support team and developers, to analyse and document system enhancement requirements. These enhancements may vary from minor upgrades to significant new functions.  
  • Responsible for quality control of software and related documentation.
  • Implement and execute test strategies to ensure delivered software meets the documented requirements.
  • Maintain end-user documentation in a concise, comprehensive and easily understood format.   
  • Oversee and Manage the help desk with responding to user requests and directing enquiries to either the Customer Success Team or Development Team.
You will have experience in the following areas:
  • Excellent understanding and experience in business analysis.
  • Educated and/or experienced in high quality end-user documentation techniques
  • Self confidence with the ability to bring together all the key people involved in the development process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience and/or knowledge of testing strategies will be highly regarded.
