Technical Services Engineer

Seeking an experienced Technical Services Engineer for our Queensland based client

Location: Queensland
Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Our client requires the services of a Technical Services Engineer to support the workload undertaking various duties as directed.

You will have experience in the following areas:
  • Major installation, proposal or project, and will have successfully completed major tasks with a significant degree of "assigned" responsibility. (e.g. "Account management" of one or more strategic accounts, systems assurance of proposals and documentation of "nonstandard" or "non-conforming" elements, project managing the delivery of a specialist service of some complexity to an agreed conclusion, project manage the commissioning or repair of a "mission" or "time" critical element of a system to acceptance, etc).
  • 7 years working in the IT industry in a server administration role, preferably with IT outsourcing experience.
  • Understand and adherence to the ITIL framework
  • The ability to manage, as primary engineer, at least two customer accounts while supporting other systems engineers on other customers and technical problems

Technologies:
  • Windows Snr- AD/DNS/DHCP/Group and virtualisation skills
  • Windows engineer with SCCM skills
  • Exchange skills - with O365, exchange online
