The Role

We are looking for experienced consultants to grow warm desks in Data, Security, Software Development, Cloud and Project Services. You will be working with an experienced industry Manager who can provide introductions to many clients and get your portfolio growing as soon as possible. The capacity in which you could operate in includes pure Business Development, Account Management or a 360 role. You will also have the support of a national resourcing team to assist with filling your roles. We measure your success via outcomes not KPI’s. 

You will be required to;
  • Build relationships and use a consultative approach with your client base
  • Cross sell all areas of the business
  • Collaborate with consultants in all business lines to maximise opportunities
  • Use your expertise to have input into strategies for growing the team and client base as a whole
Your experience will include:
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with a strong customer service orientation in recruitment
  • Knowledge of the local IT sector
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated to achieve and exceed agreed targets
  • The drive and passion to contribute towards building a high performance culture
  • The desire to work with an ambitious team that’s ready to rival the best in the market
