Telephony Test Analyst - Canberra or Melbourne

Job Role
  • Creating and executing test plans and test cases to verify business requirements
  • Tracking and reporting defect management process
  • Assisting with troubleshooting as an extension of the application testing process
  • Researching and observing existing business processes
  • Exchanging information with teams, client service and / or processing orientations
  • Document end-to-end mapping and identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Conveying procedural requirements and systems technical specifications to ICT teams
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in analysing business processes and interpreting system requirements
  • Deep knowledge of application testing principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of telephony application landscape – Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Softphone, Natural Language Speech Recognition (NLSR), Workforce Management (WFM), Call Recording, Voice Biometrics and related technologies
  • Interpersonal skills including ability to engage with business stakeholders at their level of understanding
