The Ignite Process
Over our years of experience, we have refined a proven process to ensure that each organisation is provided with tailored recruitment services to meet and exceed business requirements.
1. Let’s chat
Meet with our Brisbane recruiters so that we can identify the needs of the role and the business. We will match you with a dedicated account manager who has experience in your field (whether it be IT, engineering, or government) and will spend time getting to know your organisation so that we can ensure we find the right fit.
2. Sourcing candidates
From there, we will prepare a list of potential candidates. We will assess our current pool of potential talent, as well as head-hunt, attend network events, and extend our targeted ads strategy where required. Yes, we have a network of more than 500,000+ candidates, but we want to ensure that we’re matching the vacancy with the most appropriate skills and experience.
3. Screening Applicants
We conduct comprehensive screening as part of the recruitment process – this means checking references, education, skills, and experience related to the position. A thorough screening approach means weeding out the unsuitable candidates early on to prevent wasting your time and money.
4. Interviews & Assessments
Our Brisbane recruiters will schedule and conduct the entire interview process from start to finish. Interviews are a key recruitment tool to assess personality, culture fit, and attitude towards the role. We will also conduct skills assessments where required for more technical and specific roles.
5. Make An Offer
Once we have a short-list or what we deem to be the perfect candidate, we’ll submit them over to you for further interviews with all required information so that you can decide whether to make an offer, and what that offer looks like. We can of course provide additional guidance through this process to ensure you’re making an informed, confident decision.
6. Onboarding New Hire
Once the candidate has accepted the offer, the work doesn’t stop. Our recruiters are passionate about ensuring that all positions are filled, and filled long-term. Your dedicated account manager will keep in touch to ensure that the onboarding process for your new hire is smooth sailing.
